District 4 City Commissioner Patty Sheehan’s 19th Annual Back to School Backpack and Supply Giveaway for Reeves Terrace Students
WHAT:
On Thursday, August 3, 2023, District 4 City Commissioner Patty Sheehan will join the Carroll Adams Group to help set up students for a year of success by hosting a back-to-school giveaway. At the event, more than 100 free backpacks will be filled to the brim with school supplies and donated to children, ages five to 14, who live in the Reeves Terrace neighborhood.
This is the 19th year in a row Commissioner Sheehan and the Carroll Adams Group have teamed up to provide students in underserved communities needed school supplies to aid in their academic success. To date, the program has given away more than 1,900 backpacks.
