On Sunday, March 9, former Bishop Moore Catholic standout Sonny Rao’s current college team, the Northwestern Wildcats, won 10-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Citadel Bulldogs.
The game took place at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3:30 p.m. at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park against Illinois State Redbirds.
