Parade

The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at Citrus Elementary School, 87 North Clarke Road, and end at West Oaks Mall.

Celebration

The celebration will be held after the parade at 11 a.m. at West Oaks Mall. There will be a keynote speaker, a benediction and invocation, some speeches from local officials and an informational booth provided by the Human Relations Diversity Board.

After the celebration, Parks and Recreation will shuttle participants back to their vehicles at Citrus Elementary.
