Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, used his social media platform to address ongoing investigations and hearings related to immigration enforcement practices and testimony from Epstein survivors in Florida.
The following day, May 12, 2026, he posted a follow-up: “What’s happening in Florida under Trump’s ICE is deeply disturbing. People are being held past release dates, shackled on buses for hours, and cycled through jails over and over. That’s why I introduced the NICE Act and a series of oversight actions with @RepRobertGarcia to end https://t.co/qcvmaf9jTI”.
Later that same day, Frost highlighted a separate congressional hearing: “Good morning from West Palm Beach, FL — just miles from Mar-a-Lago. For the first time ever, Epstein survivors are testifying in a formal hearing with @OversightDems. We must expose how the powerful evaded justice, end the cover-up, and make sure this never happens again. https://t.co/tdHg7uniRP”.
Maxwell Frost has served as a U.S. Representative since 2023 after succeeding Val Demings. Born in Orlando in 1997 and an alumnus of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Frost remains based in Orlando while advocating on issues impacting both immigrants and victims of high-profile abuse cases.
