Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently used his social media platform to address a range of issues including workers’ rights, climate change, and constituent services.
On May 1, 2026, Frost marked International Workers’ Day by highlighting ongoing efforts for labor rights. In his post he stated: “On International Workers’ Day, we honor the legacy of workers who demanded dignity and won. Today, we continue that fight for fair wages, safe workplaces, and respect for all. I’ll keep fighting to empower workers and protect your right to organize.”
Three days later on May 4, 2026, Frost turned attention to environmental concerns affecting his home state. He wrote: “In Florida, we don’t have to imagine the climate crisis — we’re living it: hotter summers, worse flooding, and families being displaced. At Central FL Earth Day, I spoke with young people about the Youth Climate Leadership Act, my bill to give them a real seat at the table.”
Later that same day on May 4th, Frost encouraged constituents facing difficulties with federal agencies to seek assistance from his office. He posted: “Running into roadblocks with a federal agency? Our office is here to help. Stop by the Union Park Neighborhood Center for Families tomorrow from 8 AM – 2:30 PM to meet my constituent services team and see how we can assist you!”
Frost has served as the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 10th District since replacing Val Demings in 2023. Born in Orlando in 1997 and currently residing there at age 26, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
