Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on May 27, 2026, addressing local community issues and recent political developments.

In his first post at 14:53 UTC, Frost extended holiday greetings to his constituents: “Eid Mubarak! Wishing everyone in Central Florida a blessed holiday surrounded with family and friends.”

Later that day at 20:48 UTC, Frost criticized Governor Ron DeSantis over the closure of a facility known as “Alligator Alcatraz” and the use of state funds. He wrote, “If Governor DeSantis thinks that shutting down ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ will erase the corruption and suffering in the Everglades, he’s wrong. He used over $1 billion in taxpayer money to cage and kidnap our neighbors. We will not forget and I will keep fighting for accountability.”

At 22:00 UTC on the same day, Frost addressed housing challenges in Central Florida. He stated, “Housing is one of the biggest challenges facing Central Florida — especially safe, quality housing that families can actually afford without spending most of their paycheck on rent. Today, out of the $13.4 million we secured for Central FL through Community Project Funding,”

Frost has served as U.S. Representative for Florida’s 10th District since 2023 after succeeding Val Demings. Born in Orlando in 1997, he continues to reside there and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
