Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently used his social media platform to address issues ranging from government accountability to tax policy and immigration.
On April 14, 2026, Frost posted about the bipartisan subpoena of Pam Bondi in relation to the Epstein investigation. He stated, “Our bipartisan subpoena of Pam Bondi wasn’t a suggestion. Regardless of her job status, she must answer for her actions in the Epstein investigation. This is about accountability, justice for survivors, and ensuring this never happens again. That’s why we are moving to hold her”.
The following day, April 15, 2026, Frost commented on tax policy and economic inequality in a post referencing Tax Day: “This Tax Day, billionaires are cashing in on Trump and Republicans’ One Big, Ugly Bill while working Americans are squeezed by rising costs on everything from groceries to health care. We must end the giveaways to billionaires and put working families first.”
Later that same day, he turned his attention to immigration policy concerning Haitian nationals residing in the United States under Temporary Protected Status (TPS). In his words: “Right now, 350,000+ Haitians in the U.S. are at risk of losing Temporary Protected Status and being forced back into instability and violence. I urge my colleagues to vote “yes” tomorrow to protect TPS and do what is right.”
Frost assumed office after succeeding Val Demings in 2023 as representative for Florida’s 10th congressional district. At age 26 and born in Orlando—where he currently resides—he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
