Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, representing Florida’s 10th district since 2023, recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing issues related to tax legislation, political discourse, and changes at the U.S. Postal Service.
On February 5, 2026, Frost questioned Republican messaging around a proposed tax bill. He wrote: “If it’s such a great ‘Working Families Tax Cut,’ why can’t Trump and Congressional Republicans call the bill by its real name?”
The following day, Frost responded to reports of online attacks targeting former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama. On February 6, he stated: “Reposting racist attacks on the Obamas is disgusting and dangerous. Trump knows exactly what he’s doing. Republicans need to find their spine and condemn this clearly and publicly.”
Later that same day, Frost issued a public service announcement regarding recent operational changes at the U.S. Postal Service. He noted: “PSA: The U.S. Postal Service has announced a change to their postmark date system, which could impact filing taxes, mailing important government documents, and voting.”
Frost is currently serving his first term in Congress after succeeding Val Demings in 2023. At age 26, he is one of the youngest members of Congress and resides in Orlando, Florida where he was born in 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
