Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing both local and national issues.

On July 31, 2025, Frost celebrated Orlando’s anniversary with a message reflecting on his connection to the city. “Happy 150th to Orlando, the city that raised me and inspires me every day!

Since our founding, we’ve grown into a vibrant, diverse, and welcoming community that reflects the best of Florida — and I’m proud to represent you!” (July 31, 2025)

Later that day, Frost addressed ongoing violence in Gaza. “The devastation & massacre of Palestinians must end. I’ll keep pushing for aid, but how can we expect it to be delivered as bombs drop? Aid alone is not enough.

On August 1, 2025, Frost commented on recent economic data with criticism directed at former President Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans. “The worst jobs report in 4+ years, brought to you by Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans.” (August 1, 2025)

Frost has served in Congress since replacing Val Demings in January 2023 and is known for his advocacy on progressive issues. At age 26, he is one of the youngest members currently serving in Congress and was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
