Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who has been serving Florida’s 10th district since 2023, recently took to social media to express his views on several pressing issues. Frost, a resident of Orlando and an alumnus of Florida State University, replaced Val Demings in Congress and has been vocal about various policies affecting his constituents.

On March 10, 2025, Congressman Frost emphasized the importance of community engagement. He shared that celebrating community and joy is “an act of resistance” and mentioned hosting an open house with community partners and local elected officials. Later the same day, Frost criticized budget cuts to NOAA by former President Trump and Elon Musk. He argued that these reductions would endanger lives by compromising the agency’s ability to provide timely information during severe weather events like hurricanes. The following day, on March 11, 2025, Frost announced the introduction of the Fair Grocery Pricing Act. This legislative effort seeks accountability from large food corporations accused of price-fixing practices that keep grocery costs high.
