On Saturday, May 3, former Lake Highland Prep High School standout Matthew Fogel’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Barry Buccaneers.

The game took place at Feinbloom Field. This was their third matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 8 at 6 p.m. at Thomas B. Southard Stadium against Saint Leo Lions.
