Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of updates on his official Twitter account addressing constituent services and federal immigration policy.

On July 22, 2025, Frost informed East Orlando residents about available assistance at his local office: “Live in East Orlando and need help with social security, immigration issues, or federal agencies? Visit our Bithlo Branch Office every other Thursday for assistance! Feel free to call our office at 321-388-9808 with any questions or learn more at https://t.co/qKCkBEseDu! https://t.co/QCxzxpXurj”.

The following day, on July 23, 2025, Frost commented on the need for transparency regarding government files: “This is like saying the fork is in the kitchen and the sky is blue. Release the files.”

On July 24, 2025, he criticized Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) over alleged misinformation about detained immigrants and detention conditions: “It’s not just in the Everglades: ICE constantly lies about detained immigrants’ whereabouts and the inhumane detention conditions they’re subjected to–just look at this footage from NYC… Now that they’re getting 10x more in funding, we urgently need to pass the SUDEM Act.”

Frost has represented Florida’s 10th District since replacing Val Demings in 2023. Born in Orlando in 1997 and currently residing there, Frost holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
