Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, representing Florida’s 10th district, has been vocal on various pressing issues through his social media platform. Recently, he addressed topics ranging from immigration rights to gun violence prevention and citizenship.

On January 21, 2025, Congressman Frost emphasized the importance of being prepared in light of upcoming immigration raids. He advised individuals to “know your rights if law enforcement or ICE comes to your door.” He offered assistance through his office for those in need, providing a contact link and phone number for support. “Ahead of Trump immigration raids, it’s crucial to prepare and know your rights if law enforcement or ICE comes to your door.”

On January 22, 2025, Congressman Frost expressed concern over the closure of the Office of Gun Violence Prevention by the new administration under Donald Trump. He highlighted that this office was established after significant efforts by the Gun Violence Prevention movement and through legislation introduced by himself and Senator Chris Murphy in 2023. “Less than 24 hours into the new Admin. and Donald Trump has closed the Office of Gun Violence Prevention – an office that the GVP movement spent years fighting for and that President Biden made a reality thanks to a bill @ChrisMurphyCT and I introduced in 2023.”

Later on January 22, Congressman Frost reaffirmed his stance on citizenship rights with a succinct message stating: “If you’re born in America, you’re an American. Period.” This tweet underscores his position on birthright citizenship amid ongoing debates.
