Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on legislative efforts and community matters through a series of posts on social media.
On September 4, 2025, Frost announced the reintroduction of legislation aimed at improving access to epinephrine for families with children suffering from allergies. He stated, “Families with children with allergies should feel confident their kids have their life-saving medication on-hand for when they need it most. That’s why I’m reintroducing the EPIPEN Act with @DorisMatsui, capping epinephrine medication to $60 for those with insurance.”
A day later, on September 5, 2025, Frost posted links without additional commentary: “https://t.co/M1uI9RkJMf https://t.co/jsCi0ezSR2”.

This is a profound loss for our Central Florida community. May she rest in power. Her love for Central Florida and her fearless advocacy will live on in all of us.”
Frost has represented Florida’s 10th District since 2023 after succeeding Val Demings. Born in Orlando in 1997 and currently residing there, Frost is among the youngest members serving in Congress and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
