The City of Orlando has opened submissions for its Words & Wonders Poetry Contest under this year’s theme “Many Voices, One Sky.” Residents are encouraged by Poet Laureate Camara Gaither to reflect on unity in diversity through their poetry. Entries will be accepted until May 14.
Faith Arts Village Orlando will open “The Acclaimed Exhibition” at City Hall’s Terrace Gallery starting April 10. The event features work from local artists in various mediums with free admission for all visitors. The initiative highlights both artistic diversity and community collaboration.
Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer is set to lead the city’s 25th Annual Bike to Work Day on March 5, 2026, as part of Florida Bike Month.
