On Monday, March 10, former Lake Highland Prep High School standout Matthew Fogel’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 16-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State San Marcos Cougars.

The game took place at CSUSM Baseball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at J.M. “Jake” Rubin Park against Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.
