On Saturday, March 22, former Bishop Moore Catholic standout Sonny Rao’s current college team, the Northwestern Wildcats, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Illinois Fighting Illini.

The game took place at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park. This was their third matchup against the Fighting Illini this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park against Western Michigan Broncos.
