On Sunday, March 23, former Dr. Phillips High School standout Denzel Aberdeen’s current collegiate team the Florida Gators won 77-75 against the UConn Huskies in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Lenovo Center, this was the first game against the UConn Huskies during the championship.

Denzel Aberdeen’s hometown is Orlando and game position is guard.
