On Sunday, March 9, former Dr. Phillips High School standout Jared Davis’ current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at English Field at Atlantic Union Bank Park. This was their third matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 4 p.m. at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park against James Madison Dukes.
