The initiative aims to increase homeownership opportunities and expand residential options for local residents. The city is offering significant financial assistance, including up to $155,000 in Down Payment Assistance for qualified buyers and an additional $10,000 for first responders.

“These initiative reflects the city’s continued investment in Parramore and our commitment to creating attainable housing opportunities for residents,” said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. “By expanding access to homeownership, we are helping build a stronger, more sustainable community.”
