The annual CommUNITY Rainbow Run, organized by Orlando Health, is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, 2025. This event serves as a commemoration of the resilience and unity of the Orlando community following the Pulse tragedy.
Participants will start and finish at Orlando City Hall Plaza. The route includes a stretch along Orange Avenue, passing by the Orlando Health campus and continuing to the Pulse site before returning to City Hall for a festival. Proceeds from this event will support the construction of a permanent memorial at the Pulse site, now owned by the City of Orlando.
The day’s schedule begins with registration and a festival at 6 a.m., followed by the main run at 7:30 a.m. A media window with Mayor Buddy Dyer is set immediately after the run’s start. A Kids Fun Run will commence at 9 a.m., with all activities concluding by 10 a.m.
The main event will take place at City Hall Plaza on South Orange Avenue, while the Kids Fun Run will be held at Seneff Arts Plaza near Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts on South Magnolia Avenue.
Parking options include garages and street parking throughout downtown Orlando. Multi-modal transport options such as LYMMO buses, public transit, carpooling, and rideshare services are also available.
