Orlando seeks public comment on draft 2024 performance and evaluation report

The City of Orlando Housing and Community Development Department has announced the availability of the proposed 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for public review. Residents, agencies, and organizations are invited to submit written comments on the report until 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2025. Comments can be sent by mail to the department at P.O. Box 4990, Orlando, FL 32802-4990 or via email to andres.burgos@orlando.gov.

The proposed CAPER can be reviewed online or at several locations including the Orlando Public Library, Orlando Housing Authority, City Hall, as well as various libraries in Seminole, Lake, and Osceola counties. The list of physical locations provides options for residents across different parts of Central Florida to access the document.

“Residents have the opportunity to review the proposed 2024 CAPER online here(PDF, 1MB) or at the locations listed below,” according to information from the City of Orlando Housing and Community Development Department.

The department encourages feedback from all interested parties before finalizing its annual evaluation report on housing and community development efforts.
