You’re going to “fall” in love with Orlando’s autumn events, including Halloween thrills, culinary delights and cultural celebrations for all ages and interests (Magic Kingdom® Park at Walt Disney World® Resort pictured/© Disney).

With smaller crowds, cooler temperatures and an array of special events, autumn is one of the best times to experience everything Orlando has to offer. This fall, you’re sure to delight in our fantastic food festivals (plus Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining®!), Halloween haunts, and immersive cultural celebrations at our theme parks and throughout the destination, recently named as one of “The 15 Best Places to Visit in October (and the Most Wallet-Friendly)” by PureWow in a widely syndicated article. Between celebrity chefs, local culinary heroes and a fresh-focused farm-to-table movement, Orlando’s dining scene continues to amaze even the most demanding palates. Fall offers a seasonal cornucopia of events that can help you build a dream foodie vacation — starting with Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, running Aug. 27 – Oct. 3, 2021!

During this popular program’s 16th year, more than 80 of Central Florida’s top restaurants are offering three-course, prix-fixe dinner menus for just $37 per person. What’s more, $1 from each meal will benefit Pathlight HOME and IDignity, two organizations that are helping to combat homelessness in Central Florida.

Many participating restaurants have al fresco and takeout options, too, giving you more ways to enjoy this year’s event. Craft Beer Festival at SeaWorld® Orlando (Weekends & Labor Day, Aug. 13 – Sept. 12, 2021)

At SeaWorld Orlando, dive into more than 100 craft brews — including domestic and local Florida favorites — plus wines, seltzers and cocktails. The event also features more than 20 food items designed to pair perfectly with the brews, as well as festive entertainment to keep the party going. SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival overlaps the park’s Electric Ocean summer celebration, which is available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Sept. 6, 2021. Feel the monstrous electricity of a live show. Above all, try to resist the haunting song of the one who has emerged from the lake. 12th Annual Día de los Muertos & Monster Party (Oct. 21, 2021)

Presenting an early salute to the Mexican holiday, Orlando’s 12th Annual Día de los Muertos & Monster Party will feature a themed exhibition at downtown’s CityWorks art gallery and an outdoor experience with live performances, spooky art vendors and other reasons to attend. One of Florida’s last remaining haunted roads is now a seasonal drive-thru experience, disrupting spirits and conjuring up on-demand ghost sightings for you to witness. But proceed at your own risk: It is unclear if the spirits remain to ward off future victims or lure unsuspecting travelers to join them as part of The Haunted Road! Come Out With Pride Orlando

Come Out With Pride Orlando (Oct. 9, 2021)

Now in its 17th year, Orlando's Come Out With Pride festival is a celebration of LGBTQ+ pride and support, taking place at Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando. This nonprofit celebration fosters a sense of community, encourages LGBTQ+ citizens to live openly and with pride, and educates the general public. What’s more, 2021’s edition will include the National Trans Visibility March, marking the first time the three-year-old event has taken place outside of Washington, D.C. Everyone from Central Florida and beyond is invited to come together and make a positive impact on Orlando’s LGBTQ+ community. Learn more.

Girls in Wonderland (Oct. 14-18, 2021)

Orlando’s largest celebration of women in the LGBTQ+ community is back with hip venues, female DJs and over-the-top shows. Get ready for a weekend that promises something for everyone, including live women’s music, spectacular dance and pool parties, celebrities, comedy shows, theme parks, and thousands of women from around the country and the world celebrating in grand style.
