Recognizing the important role neighborhood commercial districts play in the overall health of the city’s neighborhoods, in 2008 Mayor Buddy Dyer and the Orlando City Council created the Orlando Main Street Program. The twelve designated Orlando Main Street Districts define, strengthen and promote our commercial districts in the city, ensuring the stage is set for entrepreneurial and economic development success.
If you are a property owner in one of the City of Orlando's Main Street districts, your property may be eligible for many incentive and assistance programs offered such as the Business Assistance Program, the Small Business Façade and Adaptive Reuse Program and additional incentives for buildings in the Downtown and Community Redevelopment Agency boundaries including the Downtown Commercial and Residential Building Improvement Program.
Property owners located within one of the Main Street districts are invited to join City of Orlando staff for an informational session on all available city programs, and meet the Main Street district directors, city Main Street coordinators, and city leaders.
Please register to attend only one of these sessions using the links below. The content of each session will be the same.
