Black Bee Honey Celebrates Five-Year Partnership with The Grand Bohemian Featuring New Menu Offerings

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer will join District 5 Interim City Commissioner Shaniqua “Shan” Rose and student entrepreneurs for the "Bee Part of the Celebration" event to mark Black Bee Honey’s continued partnership with The Grand Bohemian. This event marks five years since the introduction of the renowned Black Bee Honey Orange Blossom Cheesecake with honeycomb waffle crisp at The Boheme restaurant, which has supported local youth through the Parramore and Holden Heights Kidz Zones.

Executive Chef Miguel Toro will continue this tradition with the introduction of an expanded test menu with a focus on sustainability and locally sourced ingredients, like Black Bee Honey. At the event, attendees will be able to sample new items that may be featured at the hotel.

Menu highlights include:

- Summer Watermelon Salad

- Goat Cheese Croquettes

- Pork Belly Sliders

- Bees Knees Signature Cocktail

Purchases from the new menu will help benefit Orlando Kidz Zones and support student entrepreneurs through scholarships. Black Bee Honey is a youth entrepreneur program where students learn both business and beekeeping skills to make, bottle, and sell honey in the Parramore neighborhood and beyond. This event furthers the city’s commitment to nurturing young entrepreneurs by providing opportunities to grow valuable skills through collaborations with local businesses.
