The City of Orlando's Downtown Development Board has announced the extension of the Park DTO program through December 31, 2025, or until the allocated funding is expended. This initiative offers free parking via the ParkMobile app to encourage more residents and visitors to explore downtown Orlando.

In 2024, downtown Orlando saw nearly 40 new business openings, reinforcing its status as a hub for dining, entertainment, and unique experiences. Programs like Park DTO are crucial in supporting local businesses by facilitating easier access to the city center.

A notable update to the program is the increase in usage limits for Park DTO codes to 12 per account. This change aims to boost foot traffic in downtown areas by providing more opportunities for free parking.

For those interested in learning more about the Park DTO program and accessing free parking codes, information is available at downtownorlando.com/parkdto.
