Comprising representatives from victims' families, survivors, and other stakeholders, the committee is tasked with guiding the creation of a permanent memorial at the Pulse site. Their goal is to ensure that the design reflects the diverse voices affected by the tragedy. "The committee’s goal is to recommend a conceptual design that resonates with the diverse voices of those who were directly impacted by the tragedy."
