On Saturday, April 5, former The First Academy standout Matthew Taubensee’s current college team, the North Greenville Crusaders, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mount Olive Trojans.

The game took place at Scarborough Field. This was their third matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Crusaders’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 3:30 p.m. at Ray and Bea Dillard Field against North Georgia Nighthawks.
