County of Orange recently issued the following announcement.
Make one new year's resolution that will benefit the earth.
Ideas:
• Commit to using a reusable water bottle and grocery bags to reduce your single-use plastic use
• Save water by taking shorter showers
• Once a month, volunteer your time to make a difference in your community
• Commit to fixing your household items instead of tossing them in the trash
• Shop at your local thrift store to extend the life of existing products
