As of August 15, 2023, pedestrian access has been reestablished on the north side of West Church Street between Garland and Orange Avenues. 

To determine if a business is open in this area, please contact the business directly.

Access to the gated access for businesses between Orange and Pine, West Church and Church and Court Avenue are as follows:

• Use East Pine Street to access businesses between Orange and Pine.
• Use Court Avenue from East Pine to East Church to access businesses on the East side of Orange between Church to Pine.
• Use West Pine Street (55 West pedestrian passageway/hallway between West Church and West Pine) to access businesses on the North side of West Church.

Hours for limited public access on West Church are 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Sunday through Saturday.

As work continues to finalize scaffolding remediation work, the following vehicular closures are still in place:

• Orange Avenue from Central Avenue to Jackson Street
• Pine Street Garland Avenue to Court Avenue and 
• Church Street Garland Avenue to Court Avenue
