The City of Orlando is inviting the community to participate in a Memorial Day Commemoration Ceremony at Greenwood Cemetery on Friday, May 24, 2024. The event aims to honor and remember veterans who lost their lives in service to the nation.
District 4 City Commissioner Patty Sheehan and members of Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Veterans Advisory Council will be present. Michael Adams, President of the Mayor’s Veterans Advisory Council, will deliver the keynote address.
The ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, located at 1603 Greenwood Street.
