Mayor Dyer will join Florida State Senator Geraldine Thompson, Daytona Beach Mayor Derek Henry, Equal Justice Initiative (EJI), the Alliance for Truth and Justice (ATJ) and Wells’Built Museum representatives for the dedication ceremony of the EJI Historical Marker to honor the life of Arthur Henry, a Black man and Orlando resident who was the victim of a racially motivated lynching in 1925.
