On International Drive, modern Italian steakhouse Fiorenzo at Hyatt Regency Orlando will have several a-la-carte New Year’s Eve specials, including Sous Vide Duroc Pork Belly ($21), Ricotta Tortellini ($18), Seafood Risotto ($34), Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops ($36) and New Year Raspberry Celebration ($12).
