Mayor Dyer will join Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings at the Harbor House Purple Door awards honoring those who have worked to stop the cycle of domestic violence here in Central Florida and nationwide. The event supports Harbor House's mission to eliminate domestic violence by providing safety, shelter, empowerment, education and justice.

Mayor Dyer will join District 2 City Commissioner Tony Ortiz for the 16th annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at Camping World Stadium to recognize the contributions made by the diverse and rich Hispanic and Latin cultures both locally and across the nation. This event builds on the city’s efforts to ensure Orlando is a diverse, inclusive and welcoming community.
